Ingredients:
• Rolled or steel-cut oats
• Non-dairy milk such almond, rice, oat, or spelt
• Fruit of your choice. I like apple, banana, or
blueberries
• Cinnamon, coconut flakes, maca powder, vanilla or bee pollen
Directions
Cook oats as directed, adding non-dairy milk instead of water for added thickness. Top with fruit
and other goodies as desired.
