Ingredients:
• 2 large sweet potatoes
• 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk such as almond, rice,
oat, or spelt
• Cinnamon or coconut flakes for toppings
Directions
Boil sweet potatoes and mash until smooth. Add a bit of non-dairy milk as needed until smooth, and eat as a porridge. Sprinkle with a bit of coconut or cinnamon for added flavor.
